Appetizer Stations 

Martini Mashed Potato Bar  

    Creamy Whipped Potatoes served in martini glasses with lots of toppings for your guests to enjoy. 

Charcuterie Table 

     Assorted meats, soft & hard cheeses, crackers, breads & dried fruits & nuts. 

  Also served on boards, one per table at seated events. 


Crostini & Toppings 

   Baskets of crostini served with hummus, hot spinach & artichoke dip, herbed soft cheese, & bruschetta. 

Tex Mex Chips & Dip Bar  

   Crisp corn chips served with fresh salsa, roasted corn & black bean salsa & cheese sauce.  

Mini Gyro Bar 

   Mini pita breads served with fresh hummus, tzatziki sauce, falafels or chicken strips &cucumber,  tomatoes & olives. 

Southern Fried Grits Station 

   Fried yellow grits with pan fried mini steaks, sautéed wild mushrooms, arugula, honey butter, gorgonzola &  parmesan.

   Other toppings available upon request. 


Salad Bar Station

   Cups with choice of lettuce: iceberg, romaine, spring mix or spinach. With choice of 6 toppings and 2 dressings.

Trail Mix Bar ​

Large spread of assorted nuts, dried fruits, mini marshmallows, candies, chocolate & more

Mini Waffle Bar 

Mini waffles, served with butter, syrup, berry compote, fruit & berries.​


Cookie Dough Bar 

Cookie dough served with waffle cones or cups, and variety of toppings.


 Chocolate Fountain with Fruit Platters 

Assorted fruits, marshmallows & milk chocolate fountain. 

Fondue Table 

Assorted fruits, breads, vegetables, baby potatoes, cube steaks, with chocolate & cheese fondue.
